Following its enormous success in Rivoli, M**BUN has finally come to Turin. The new Slow Fast Food restaurant has a new home as of Tuesday, 19th April 2011 in Corso Siccardi 8/A, on the corner of Via Cernaia, on the site that was once the famous Copa Rica. To crown its Turin debut, M**BUN has opted for the quality of COSTADORO, allowing customers to end their meal with the intense and sophisticated aroma of a Costadoro Coffee Lab coffee blend. It’s the joining of two worlds of expertise that combine a passion for taste and Piedmontese entrepreneurial skill.
M**BUN (whose unusual name refers to the common and widespread Piedmontese expression ‘Mac Bun’, which means ‘just delicious’) is the first Piedmontese eco-hamburger joint. A concept hit upon by Francesco Bianco and Graziano and Paola Scaglia, it is the essence of dynamic and modern catering excellence, capable of combining the quality of raw materials with zero food miles, environmental concern and attention to staff wellbeing.
The new location in Turin – a long-awaited event for all those devoted customers who had a chance to enjoy this original catering concept in Rivoli, as well as all those whose curiosity has been piqued lately by what they have heard from word of mouth – will offer dishes that use only certified Piedmontese meat from the Coalvi consortium, naturally leavened bread, fresh potatoes, soups with fresh vegetables, top-fermented ale as well as yoghurt, cheeses and desserts.
COSTADORO will be there in the new eco-hamburger joint in Corso Siccardi with a corner offering tastings of its top-of-the-range blend COSTADORO COFFEE LAB, notable for its outstanding level of quality, thanks to the installation of a machine specially designed to enhance its features.
